What to Wear
Wear stretchy, breathable clothing that you are comfortable moving in.
Make sure these clothes work if you are upside down, right side up and anywhere in between.
What to Bring
No need to bring a thing! We have mats, water, and anything you might need for class, but if you want to bring your own mat or water bottle feel free!
Each teacher brings a different style and teaching method to every class. We recommend you give them all a try to find the one that’s right for you.
“The expert in anything was once a beginner”
Gentle Yoga: As the name describes this class is gentle on the body and relaxing to the mind. You will move through poses as you follow your breath and turn that attention inward for an hour. This class is suggested for those that like a slower pace and/or starting to explore the yoga journey.
Morning Yoga: Designed for starting the day out right. Gentle stretches while focusing on the breath will bring you in tune with yourself before exploring more challenging poses and their modifications. Open to all levels.
Express Lunch Yoga: This 45 minute class will leave you feeling rejuvenated and ready to finish that long work day. Take a break out of the office to enjoy the benefits of finding movement with breath to bring happiness and good health to the body. Please be sure to enjoy the fresh apples, trail mix, and hot tea provided as a light lunch on your way out the door. Open to all levels.
Hot Yoga: Be prepared to sweat! Class begins with a dynamic pace instantly heating you to the core. Cleansing the body of toxins and negative energy, while building muscle strength and endurance. Remember to practice at your own pace, take a rest or drink when needed.
Beginner Aerial: You’ve seen the pictures, now it’s time to give it a try. For those of you who are a little camera shy, don’t worry this is a No Photos class! You will focus on strength building and learning to encourage others as well as yourself. Building strength comes easy when you are having a good time!
Aerial Yoga: This class will give you more of a challenge with lots of stretching and strengthening poses. Taking ground work to the air as you take flight. You will build muscle strength while learning to move gracefully from pose to pose.
